
How to Invite Members
- From the organization dashboard, select the "Member" tab
- Click the "+ Invite" button located at the top right of the screen.

Member Invitation Screen
- Enter the email address the user will use within the organization (required).
- Set the user’s role within the organization (required).
- If attendance tracking is needed, enable the "Enable Report Entry" option.
- Configure the rounding settings for work time aggregation.
- Set the user's display name within the organization.
- Set the currency and unit rate used for wage (hourly rate) calculation.
- Set the effective date for the above wage settings.
※All settings except the email address can be modified later from the member settings (admin only) after the member has been added.
